Can I downgrade later?
Yes — your data is preserved when you switch tiers. Locked features become read-only; existing rows stay intact and re-enable instantly if you upgrade again.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on any plan. Monthly licence only. Annual plans get a 10% discount.
What's the difference between Small Business and Premium?
Small Business adds the operational features a growing retailer needs (wholesale, multi-store, returns, advanced reports). Premium adds integration + automation features (Xero, white-label admin, API access, SLA support) for established businesses.
What payment methods do customers use at checkout?
Stripe is built in on every tier. Wholesale on Small Business+ adds Net-terms invoicing as a payment option for approved B2B accounts.
